Tracy Frank began her career as a math teacher. She has been supporting math teachers in WI and beyond, through workshops, class visits and coaching over the past 15 years. Her passions are effective instruction and racial justice in schools.

Intended Outcomes

  • Math Teachers will become conscious of how race plays out in the classroom
  • Math Leaders will become conscious of how race plays out in their school/district/systems
  • Teachers and leaders will learn and be able to apply anti-racist practices within the classroom, school, district and beyond
  • Teachers and leaders will analyze decisions through new lenses and value the lived experiences of non white staff, parents, and students as a part of the decision making processes


Cost: $75 per participant

December 3rd 6-8 pm  Becoming Racially Conscious Math Educators and Leaders Part 1

December 10th 6-8 pm Becoming Racially Conscious Math Educators and Leaders Part 2

January 21, February 18, March 18, April 15 1.5 Hour Follow Up Webinars -- to review and add new learning, reflect on action steps, and determine next steps (times TBD)

May --Green Lake Conference Center: Follow up session for sharing overall learning and celebrations! Hopefully Live!
