Annual Conference Exhibit Hall Information
The WMC Annual Conference will be held virtually this year.
We are excited to offer a virtual Exhibit Hall to our participants. The cost to exhibit will be $100 per exhibitor, independent of the types of links on their Exhibit Hall page.
The dates of live sessions are May 6 - 8, but participants will have access to the Annual Conference Portal including the virtual Exhibit Hall from May 1st at 8:00 a.m. and close August 31, 2021 at 10 p.m.

In the Virtual Exhibit Hall, each exhibitor will be given a virtual "booth". Participants will be able to click on the name of the exhibitor and be taken to the exhibitor "booth". Your company will determine the content in your “booth, which can include the following. Please submit all information to WMC by April 29th at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To encourage the participants to visit the Exhibit Hall, the WMC Exhibit Hall Passport will be utilized for drawings. Participants who answer questions regarding each Exhibitor will be entered for a drawing at the end of the Synchronous Sessions on May 8that 3:35 p.m. If you would like to offer a prize, please let us know.
