51st WMC Annual Conference Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in having an Exhibit Hall space at the Wisconsin Mathematics Annual Conference. 

Exhibit space will be available for set up on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Exhibits must be in place no later than 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1 prior to the Exhibit Hall Opening Event. The exhibit hall will be open on Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Each exhibit hall registration includes two complimentary breakfast and lunch tickets per day and two Thursday reception tickets per booth. Daily complimentary refreshments and wireless Internet is also available. Electricity are also available when requested. Premium space is  also available for an additional $50 fee.

Please register for your exhibit space on or before April 1, 2019. 

To assist you with the registration process, please view the Exhibit Space map as you will be asked to enter how many tables and your space preference on the registration page.  Upon receipt, we will send an email confirming your location. Thank you!
