Tracy Frank is a mother of 2 middle school boys and spends most of her work days in different middle schools supporting teachers who are implementing math curriculum. She has worked as a math coach for the past 6 years. When not working she enjoys hiking and camping with her family.

Session Title and Description
Building Teachers as Classroom Leaders through the Lense of Access and Equity
We will look at data from WI, share personal experiences and discuss specific strategies for a focus on access and equity in mathematics classrooms. We will acknowledge inequities and bias, look at actions schools and teachers can make and discuss accountability.
